I would be interested, too--actually I was wondering about a good vegetarian-child forum. I wouldn't dessert you guys here for it, but sometimes I have questions or concerns and currently there aren't many CD-users in this area right now that are raising children vegetarian... maybe I could lure some more this way!
Oh, shoot. I ran across a veg child/baby forum the other week. I'll look for it and post the addy if I can find it again, crazy. Have you tried checking Physician's Committe For Responsible Medicine? Maybe they've got something on there to direct you.
And I've seen a couple of veg food blogs, but nothing like Pioneer Woman. She's got some really good info on there!
I used her green bean casserole recipe as inspiration and "merged" it with that guy who has a show on the Food Network that wears the glasses and teaches cooking/science too.
i love veganyumyum! i printed out like 90% of her recipes and put them in a binder. really delicious and simple food, and being married and childless i really like how the recipes are sized for 1 or 2.
i really like vegandad.blogspot.com
also the blog and forums at postpunkkitchen.com are excellent. there's a parenting forum there. it's the site of isa moskowitz & terry romero, who wrote vegan with a vengeance, veganomicon, etc.
