Darn, just a week ago I was close to a store that sells it, now it will be a while before I get back there. I enjoyed reading the review, thanks for that link!

I've never tried it but I know someone who swears it s the best imitation cheese out there, she loves it. I would like to try it one of these days.

Hmm, I am anxious to hear your report. I think I will try the cheddar one first, when I finally get the chance.

OK, my verdict on the mozarella flavor is ..... bleah .....

It had very little actual taste, a rather ... ummmmm ... unusual aroma, and didn't melt at all. Maybe one of the other flavors would be better (unfortunately the store didn't have cheddar, or I would have tried that first), but I have to give this one a big .

It was $9.59 for an 8-oz package, which was WAY more than it should have been. However, the product's site says it's only sold in one store here in my big city, and that one store is brand-new and teeny-tiny (hence, higher-than-typical prices). They had four flavors: mozzarella, smoked cheddar, gouda, and bleu, and all were priced the same.

Sorry, all -- I was really hoping this would be pretty good stuff. As I said, though, maybe one of the other flavors would be better -- maybe someone else will give one of them a try and let us know.
