I dont see what he did would be considered illegal & why the ventura county sheriffs office set up a sting in the thousand oakes mall & arrested him for child annoyance. I guess the cops have nothing else better to do.

Spitting at someone's face is disgusting but the man did ask the teen to do it so I don't see why a big deal was made out.... Unless it was illegal sexual activities but it was just spitting he asked..

I think it has to do with the person's intent. Like I don't believe naked pictures of minors are always illegal on their own, but if there's any intent to arouse, you've crossed a very big line. If this guy gets off from being spit on by minors, he's hosed.
