Niice pics with some great color, quickdraw. I was driving Rte 100 in Newport Center late this afternoon and passed this gorgeous tree. It was raining at the time.

I've been driving around the past few days, mostly the Kingdom and the colors are the best I have seen in years. Lets hope we got those intense reds and oranges here in the Champlain Valley too!

This is the view from our condo complex today...I can't quite capture the colors. Definitely more vibrant in person.

We are barely starting to turn color here. At most, some of the maples are that green yellow color. Most of the trees are still bright green. With the warm weather this week, it's starting to feel like summer again. October 2nd and still no frost. Our garden has slowed down, but it's still producing tomatoes, peppers and eggplant.

There's good color in the mountains here. Not as much in the valleys. I've still got tomatoes growing. I thought I was going to get watermelons this year but squirrels destroyed all of them.

Nice color on Stark Mtn, Mad River Glen, this morning. The color has been nice despite the cloudy weather as of late in the Mad River Valley.

I really like those, tkln & MRV! Yes - the sun actually came out in the NEK too this afternoon. Posted these in the official VT picture thread.

Those are gorgeous! One good thing about the rain and clouds are the beautiful skies...

Neither the weather nor my camera cooperated, so the picture quality isn't the best, but here's a small sample of Ferdinand and Lewis. The foliage was quite impressive, however, a lot of leaves have fallen, and some still have green leaves too.
