Hope everybody here in Vt is observing the weather and prepared. Looks like we are going to get some good freezing rain this afternoon and evening. Up my way its snowing with high winds, but the temp is rising so the ice is on the way. Anyway, hope everybody is prepared and if you don't have to travel just stay put and be safe.

Default You will survive!

Grab a sled and find a hill or buy some snow shoes and check out some local trails in the woods. Enjoy the winter and it will just fly by.

We have been sledding a few times. It was really fun when I went!
I am still dreaming of the spring now, though!

Go into 4 Seasons in Taft Corners in Williston for lunch! They serve a great lunch and have tables in their greenhouse where you can sit around all the greenery and flowers and get a spring fix!

Have you tried forcing some bulbs on a window sill? You'll get some perky little flowers before spring time...I always love having daffodils early!
