I haven't seen a real concentration of them....just randomly scattered about. I drove Route 7 yesterday between Rutland & Burlington and saw a some....a couple were between Vergennes & Middlebury, one at the new McDonalds/Jiffy Mart in Ferrisburgh, and the big teddy bear at the VT Teddy Bear Factory in Shelburne.

Thank you. I called the Chamber in Killington, and they aren't doing it this year. She said it cost to much and many folks don't see a big enough return to justify it
