I think that there is little chance it will be 70F in March. Last year in late March, St Pattys Day weekend, we got a 40" storm at the Bush.

Are you looking for a resort with alot of groomers and cruisers or a resort with some challenging terrain. i'm abit jaded since I work at Sugarbush but all the resorts mentioned will offer your family a great time. So far this season we have received 122" of snow.

You could check out Ski Reports, Snow Conditions and Weather at Ski/Snowboard Resorts Worldwide - SnoCountry Mountain Reports and compare the basics with links to all of the resorts websites in New England.

We're looking at March 21.

On that late date the local Maryland and Pennsylvania mountains may very well be bare.

Are there any New York resorts that will most likey have snow that late in the season?

Vermont? New Hampshire?

I hate taking such a large risk without any info. Our extended family will be arriving from Bethesda, Washington, and Baltimore, and I'd hate to ruin their vacation with 70 degree weather and no snow.

Thanks guys!
Any luck arranging something?
I think it's likely to be great, if the season so far, and present conditions, are any guide...

Hi, I would still recommend Okemo (Ludlow area); and per the news this morning, snow again tonight into tomorrow morning but at least only an inch or so...most of the trails at Okemo are open and they are busy!
