I am currently living in Tacoma, and I want to pursue my career in IT, and I found out really quickly that it might be difficult here, at least not without experience. My friends tell me to move elsewhere to get the experience and then return, and I am heavily considering it. A friend of mine is moving his business from Florida to Burlington late this year or early next year, and I might join him (He owns a computer shop, and also build websites)

I might try to make the move sometime in the summer, but my question that I have is what kind of work might be available in Burlington? Most of my experience is either in Television/ Stagehand work, or some IT work (break-Fix with some networking)

Go to Indeed or CareerBuilder to check out available jobs. I have no idea what "break-Fix" is.
