At first when I saw this I was like, "No way is someone that supid to buy this?" until I saw the Lamborghini Gallardo offer.

Week @ Royal Suite Burj al Arab - approx. 20k/night x 7= approx 140k
1st class flight from LA to DC - approx $1200
1st class flight from DC to Dubai - approx 10k-12k
Plastic surgery - Highly variable, estimate approx 10k?
Super Car Membership - Depends what club, estimate approx 10-15k
Personal Shopper/ Capsule Wardrobe - Who knows?
Hostage Rescue experience + Spy Training Day - estimate approx. 10-15k

So far that totals approx 600k to approx 670k = Waste of $300,000+
Obviously this a publicity stunt, and the person who buys this isn't concerned about $, if anything they're in it for the experience. It'll probably go to some rich business executive as a gift to his son (if it even turns out to be real).

But this is still really cool.
