Playstation - Twisted Metal 2, but many games that I didn't play
Gamecube - Super Smash Bros. Melee
PS2 - I played a loooooot of SSX 3
PS3 - didn't reallyl have any memorable games that I played a ton, logged some good hours with The Elder Scrolls: Oblivion, but never finished.
Wii - Mario Kart Wii
PS4 (so far) - Uncharted 4
SNES = Street Fighter II (ported, I think)
Sega Saturn = Madden 97
Playstation = Metal Gear Solid
Sega Dreamcast = Sonic Adventure

On the Odyssey2, I used to like Pick Axe Pete..
Scaling the ladders, and wielding an axe (like Mario would swing a hammer), was kind of a poor man's Donkey Kong.
Also liked Demon Attack..
Odyssey2 was an interesting, prophetic combination of a gaming console & primitive home computer.

Yeah.. looking back, Konami released some really good titles on the NES.. Contra was great, and Castlevania, Blades of Steel, Track & Field, Double Dribble.
I think Konami's first wave of games all shared those silver boxes:
