How old is the game? When do you thin it was released?

Having an idea of the release date will make it much much easier to figure out what its called. It was released on pc only?

Dying Light is the only one that comes to mind directly as it takes place in an urban environment.

Is the game open world? What kind of weapons do you use?

Left 4 Dead could somewhat fit the bill as it does feature those elements, but then again it involves levels, so I doubt that's what you're after.
