Got a used 2070 from eBay.

Fired up Control which I already had and supports Ray Tracing.
Real Time Reflections are pretty amazing. Not "Go Out Right Now and Buy a 2070" amazing. But for someone that appreciates the early advances in tech, it's really cool to see.
Didn't notice it as much in Battlefield 5 but that could be because... there's no damn mirrors! hahaha And I'm too busy trying to stay alive I don't have much time to check out puddles.

I don't have one just yet. I plan on picking up a Gigabyte GeForce 2080ti in the coming months. I already a Gigabyte GTX 1080 card for my rig. Having that software already on my system will make the transition a little less complicated.

I'm still rocking a 980ti. Still runs everything I play a max settings at 1440p. Red Dead Redemption 2 will be the next test.

Well, given a 2080 Ti isn't much above 60 FPS at 1440p on RDR2 probably not. But then you can just turn some settings down. I'm still on a 970/4690k. Clearly not high-end, but does well enough at 1440p on medium settings. I'll get around to upgrading eventually.
