My top three games of all time would be

Baldur's Gate 2 Shadows of Amn

Thief

Fallout 3

Each one sucked me into another world and would not let me go for months.

Geez, let me brainstorm here on games that I just LOVED..

Baldur's Gate
Civilization
Railroad Tycoon
Medal of Honor: Allied Assault
Ultima IV: Quest of the Avatar

One I doubt no one hear has ever heard of for the Sega Saturn called:

Winning Post (Best horse-racing game EVER)

Most potential that I ran out of time to play?

World War 2 Online (Now called Battleground Europe I believe): ALL human MMORPG set on a 1/4 scale map of Europe with all of the weapons, tanks, planes, etc... that were used with all their advantages and faults, etc...

Most realistic and difficult game ever because you actually HAD to act like you were a soldier in a part of an army and cooperate with the hundreds of other players on your side (you could pick French, British or German last I checked)...

Required SO much time that when the kids came I was done, but man it was involved and REALLY cool....

1. Tie between Final Fantasy VII and Final Fantasy VIII
2. Mario Party! (I've played most of them and I love them all!)
3. Metal Gear Solid (the only downside to this game IMO, is that Meryl is super obnoxious)
4. Hotel Dusk (I know it's a top three list, but Hotel Dusk is more of a visual novel than a game and I felt it should still be mentioned.)

Honorable mention: Fable. It's just a fun game to play!

Really close honorable mentions: Metal Gear Solid, Lunar: The Silver Star, & Lunar 2: Eternal Blue

I still dont understand how Final Fantasy VII made such a huge impression in so many people. Every time I post a similar thread on other forums there are many who vote for FFVII. I liked it because it was my introduction to RPGs.
