Hello, im currently looking to relocate to Virginia.im from Cincinnati, oh i have two kids one with disabilities so im looking for a city with excellent schools, nice neighborhood, good jobs, and lots of activities for children. can anyone please help me im lost.

With the current economy it would be best to secure a job then post on here to find the best living choice within that region. You provided no information what area of the state you are considering, most posters want the same priorities you listed. Special Education needs may vary but the accomodations your child requires will need to be investigated by you to determine what best meets their needs.

Not trying to be witty, BUT if you find THAT place in VA, let me know! I'll move there as well.
Remember, what ever programs your disabled child recieves will NOT transfer to Virginia from Ohio. Your child will be at the end of the waitinglists. This happens quite a bit when people move states with special needs children.
