asking for a helpful response to my request regarding properties erosion concerns and potential termination of an above ground storm drain easement located on my property. The developer planned a underground storm drain/sewer easement (with pipes) and a above ground stormdrain easement (resulting in a T effect)(LOT 98, Section 3, Wagon Wheel Road(deed Book 1907, page 319)). See attached modified plat.

The measurements from my back yard property line to the southern edge of the above ground storm drain easement is approximately 16.8', the measurement of the easement is (edge to edge) is approx. 15', combined is 31.8' of my available lawn space of 32'.

I would like to place a 30' x 15' pool in the yard with 18" coping on all sides, the southern and northern sides are the challenge, I do not want to go right to the property line (although by code I can), I simply would like 2” of grass from the propertyline to the coping, which means I need approx. 42” of the easement. So if anyone knows the correct language or how I can approach this it would betremendous.

Why don't you post this in the House forum which is part of the General Forums?
I suspect you will get responses there.
Good luck!
