Does anyone know anything about this? I heard rumors at one point about Tevis being extended behind the shopping centers to make a new exit off of I-81. It looks like the Winchester Star has a story today related to it:
Winchester Star but I can't read it b/c I'm not a subscriber. :-( I really wish the Star would at least give people a limited number of free article views per month, like some other newspapers do...
Also, does anyone know what the construction is for on the other side of TGIFridays?

If I remember correctly, its a BBQ place and some other small shops next to Fridays.

It is supposed to be an overpass, but the rezoning of the property on the East side of I-81 has been denied a few times recently. The project may just be on hiatus for the time being.
