You answered your own question. I'll never understand why people that are from Richmond think the grass is so much greener in bigger cities. I'm from Boston and lived there my whole life until 7 years ago. I don't feel like I'm missing anything other than being broke and cold. I could pocket a lot more money by moving back to Boston than I could in Alexandria!

Well that's because you've had your opportunity to live in a big city. That's like telling a 20 something you don't see why they want to party often when you're just past that stage in life. I'm not saying I want to retire to DC (although I might). It's just something I'd like to experience.

Lol you took one post and ran with it. One I can afford to raise my child and two if I couldn't how could I afford to travel. You're the one who grew up in the ghetto so I guess you'd know best.
