Might be moving down to Melfa and I was wondering what it's like? How rural? Is there much to do there? And if not where is the closest place from Melfa to live where there are some activities (I heard Pocomoke City)? I'm not looking for a big city draw obviously, but I'd like some restaurants/movie theaters/shopping, etc. Also would Melfa have high speed internet? I work from home.

Sorry for the blitz of questions, but any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

There is nothing in Melfa, Accomac, or Exxon...The closest place with any sort of life is Salisbury, MD. If you want the beach, Chincoteague and Assateague are the nearest.
