OK So I live in Oxnard and love it here. Apparently so do many of the German automakers. we allready have a BMW processing and test center, Mercedes Benz is here in force and now Volkswagen has opened its new test center in Oxnard. The center will be the test and development center North and South America for Volkswagen, Audi, Bentley, Bugatti, and Lamborghini. With Bugatti the center is also the customer headquarters for the brand.
