Hi, I am thinking of renting a townhome / single-family home in Bethesda / Rockville. My budget is 2500 max. I want to avoid "apartment communities" and I'd prefer renting in a residential area with a good school. Since these type of rentals are hard to find on apartments.com or other typical rental sites, I was wondering if you could share realtor recommendations. We may even consider buying, in which case we will be first time buyers. Thanks!

Hi there!

Peggy Lyn Speicher and the Speicher Team are simply the best.

You can see her profile and her reviews here: www.zillow.com/profile/Peggy-Lyn-Speicher

You can see more about them at their website: www.speicherteam.com

I have used AND my family and friends have used them. Unlike most agents, they do (and are happy to help) with rentals. And, they have a network of lenders, etc... to help you.

Good luck!

I'm the best realtor I know and I've lived in Bethesda, Rockville, Potomac area my whole life. First time home buyers are a specialty. Now is a great time to buy. Prices have never been lower and interest rates are going to creep up in the next couple of years. $2500 is mortgage payment. It's crazy to spend that much on rent.

I recommend Mynor Herrera of Keller WIlliams. He is a very knowledgeable and successful realtor in Bethesda because of his work ethic and attention to his clients. Give hima call at 301-437-1622.
