Yeah you can get away with putting the kids in elementary schools in PG but afterwards there aren't any good options if your kid isn't in talented & gifted.

Kids are still young enough that parental influence is biggest factor. So if you have involved parents kids should be ok. At junior high peers become more influential & at PG schools the peers are often not that good.

I'd say middle school is when it starts. Elementary school I am willing to concede to a degree.
