That's right. I can tell you that PG is/have felt the effects of those govt contractors previously supported by large government contracts. CSC, SAIC and the rest are leaving buildings empty. I didn't really understand it all until I paid attention to what is happening in Prince Georges and I'm sure, Montgomery County (Lockheed Martin) and Fairfax County. Contracts expire and the need for office space and hiring, goes away. Pretty simple.
It ain't over yet people, could get worse before it gets better.
