Greetings, would anyone on the forum have information about the brickfront townhomes off darnestown road
built around 1990. Theyre obviously not new. They are also likely not part of the larger SFH quince orchard knolls community mentioned on the forum.
But still, these seem nice, was wondering about quality of construction/insulation, noisiness etc.
any insights much appreciated.
Thanks,
W.

The townhomes on Cherry Blossom (off Blackberry) were built in the early 1990s by Ryan Homes. The build quality is very good. I recommend the homes farthest from Rt 28 for less noise from the highway. There are 150 homes in Orchard Knolls with about 70 Townhomes and 80 Single Family homes. The HOA comprises of both type of homes. A very nice community!
