Thanks. The times that I took 84/81 in PA had pockets of construction bottle neck too. I agree, I'd rather be moving at highway speeds than stop and go or just stopped in traffic. I think the Tappan Zee Bridge now is about $5 each way.

You can pick up 295 off of exit 7a on 195 towards Trenton,take it all the way south down to the Del mem Bridge and over to 95 south.
