In a good school system? No. In a bad one? Yes. Examples abound.

It will be interesting to see if Amazon hq2 comes to the area. Any city that gets it the real estate will go much higher.

There are plenty of homes for sale that are 250 but they're likely not close-in or not near metro. Those areas are more expensive bc millenials want to live near their jobs.

Now the only places i've seen with sub 200k houses are capitol heights with houses that require so much work that it's not worth it. Apparently it's worth it because even those houses are being bought.

Are we heading into another real estate bubble?
Don't think so lending and underwriting are pretty tight. There maybe some pull back due to rising rates. If there's a pullback it'll be due to economic conditions not a bubble per se.
