It's definitely majority Black, but otherwise this couldn't be further from the truth than anything I've heard on this site. Lake Arbor could be the most reasonable quality neighborhoods of it's kind for a Black family to live, not only in the DC metro area, but on the entire East Coast, and nation for that matter. It's really few places that compare. No wonder the Post is taking time to write articles about it, probably 25 years past due. It's also not just Blacks there now, with Asians, Whites, etc. spread about just a bit now.

Go back and read my post. Are you a product of PG County schools?

I never mentioned race, I mentioned schools and crime. The schools are awful -- ranked, 22 out of 25 districts in the state.

16 murders, just in January this year in PG County There were 6 in January last year. Lake Arbor wouldn't make the cut for me, it's rated D+ for crime but if you like it, that's all that matters for you.

Lake Arbor rated D+ for crime? Please stay under the bed or bring your bullet proof vest when you venture out.

Regarding the horrible schools I somehow ended up at the same Towson University on academic scholarship with the other demographics who snorted cocaine and got drunk all night carried out in ambulances daily. The professor had to ask how come all the students from PG county sit together and why are we the only ones participating. Thats bc the other kids were on life support last night.

Lmao such a joke. Have you ever been to Lake Arbor before? My family is there and can assure you (still today) is quite literally one of the safest neighborhoods to live in the entire metro area.

Layoff the crimegrade.org before commenting on stuff you have no first hand knowledge of. I don't know what crime/murders all over other parts of Prince George's have to do with Lake Arbor.

The schools in the area about par for the course, if not slightly greater, you really know 0% about what you're talking of here, it's comical.
