Uh, clearly it is. Any job with standards would have fired him several times over already.

Looks like they all deserve each other; the wife, the mistress and Officer Marlett.

It's the kids one feels sorry for, that's about all.

I love the reaction from all. Wake up folks this is not new and infidelity isn't just by Police. Must have been a slow news day.

In uniform, in a marked vehicle, in a public place....how dumb can you be. And on duty, right?

This man had already shown he shouldn't be an officer.

Another example of how some police departments have no standards.
(And how perhaps, police contracts are written so they protect officers who should be fired...yeah in this case for his lack of judgement alone.)

When on duty can most officers disappear or not talk to anyone for 40 minutes?

If he did check in...what'd he do...say hold on babe, answer the radio and then get back to his rendezvous?

I continue to marvel at how DUMB some people can be. This was just plain ridiculously stupid.

Police are public servants and representatives of their town/county/state, so when they act poorly it's generally attracting more attention than when it's a random person.

NY papers are full of stories about the misdeeds of NYPD cops which wouldn't even be footnotes if the person involved was a random person off the street rather than an officer.

There obviously should be a higher standard of behavior for people who are tasked with keeping the peace. Imagine a message board where the most abrasive and difficult to get along with person is the moderator. That message board will probably not be very popular for very long. It has a knock-on effect.

Second video has emerged.

Didn't one or both of these two notice there were people around?

Like line from that song goes: "strange what desire will make foolish people do".

I'd think it's more, If you can't be with one you love, love the one you're with".

Most have seen this before; for some women any man is better than being on their own.

There are guys a woman has to share if she wants him at all, and sadly some will do just that, this despite he's her husband and father of her children. Am not even going to touch other sort of guys women stay with; those with hand problems.

Mrs. Francesco Marlett needs to find her inner Angela Basset and move on. Historical odds are against her husband changing, so once this current episode dies down he'll be creeping again, that is if he ever stopped seeing his current goombata.
