My husband and I will be heading to Gaithersburg on Nov 3rd (we just found out today) and I am now feverishly trying to find some furnished apartments/all utils incld to look into.

If anyone has any tips on:
Renting furnished apartments ( I hear I should check for bedbugs - yuk)
Neighborhoods in Gaithersburg to stay away from
Suggested properties
Sources to find properties

I would be so very very appreciative. (we are renting as we have a home in NC that we will be maintaining - this new contract may run 6 mos or a year - so we won't move formally)

Any help appreciated.

I don't know anything about that area but I do know that furnished apartments in complexes are few and far between. Good luck and welcome!
