I've been to Boston several times and it's really not that great of a place especially if you're a Black person. Chicago and LA are fine, but Boston... Give me a break!!

Lol Boston maybe the odd ball there. Respectable and historic American city, but I would say the only cities DC has to "chase" or "catch up to par" are NYC, LA, CHI, arguable SF.
