Had it not been for the steady flow of tax dollars from the rest of the country into the city, DC would have resembled modern day Detroit or Camden or Trenton. Gray represents the real DC and its native people's mentality.

The DC area is now home to the wealthiest people in the country, thanks to the never ending supply of tax dollars contributed by working slaves called US citizens living in the rest of the country.
