The Yellow Fever certificate is all I need to get a visa, so I don't care about other vaccinations; i'm not a risk averse person.

But those little buggers are just waiting for you outside. We were last in Bamako in the mid-80s, when there were plenty of young French women sumbating topless around the pool (they didn't seem to worry about mossies).
