NOMA/Chinatown/Union Station... Daycare? (budget, metro, build)

May be too specific of a question.

I am looking for a daycare for an un-pottytrained 18-month old.

Specifically - would like somewhere learning emphasized... not a kiddy warehouse. He is a semi-advanced child. We'd like to build on that.

In the interest of broadening results, let's say budget is not an issue for now.

We are near New York Ave metro... looking for something in DC proper, east of Rock Creek Park, south of Michigan Avenue, west of the river.

If anyone has any positive experiences would greatly appreciate info.
