Here's a website that outlines the wealth of every block in DC, and every block in the US for that matter. Do you guys think it is accurate for Washington, DC?

My guess is GW students. Look at college towns like Madison, Wisconsin, a pretty wealthy city by and large, and the center of town by the university is red.
