Give us a break. The Dems are so desperate to claim the budget cuts are terrible that they are reaching for every last straw and still coming up with zero. DC tourism is booming. There are tour buses full of people everywhere you go. If anything is turning away tourists it's the Washington Monument which has been closed for almost two years for earthquake repairs.
