I think signs are posted at the entrance stating a time. I forgot what it said, but something like 10 pm to 6 am. I can't remember, so I could be wrong.

That must be a depressing revelation for your family. You looked and couldn't see that the top link takes you to the NPS website with the information.

I remember when we had a whole shelf full of encyclopaedia britannica for this, now we just google it. Clears up a whole lot of shelf space for my girlie mags let me tell you
