I only ask because as I remember it, Walter Reed is just a couple of blocks away from the Silver Spring, MD/DC line, so pricing for these homes will be interesting. It's not near a metro, so I wonder if they will price it accordingly.
The streetcar to Walter Reed has been fast tracked and will be developed alongside this development.
This is not to far from the Takoma metro station. Remember Takoma is on the other side of Georgia Ave. 5 blocks from a metro is not a large distance. People walk a similar distance to get into Adams Morgan.
