Worn out equipment? The DC metro is the NEWEST completed subway system in the country. So how do you explain ancient subway systems like NYC being more reliable with OLDER railcars running longer without breakdowns than metro's newest railcars?
Metro employees simply don't know how to do proper maintenance. This is proof of their incompetence.

They make the same as COMPETENT employees working at other subway systems (as well as metro itself). This means they make too much. All incompetent people.. no matter what the job are overpaid. The salary of an incompetent person should be ZERO.
