P.S. (**Serious Now***)Eastern Market/Capitol Hill is right off of the highway and would be a pretty easy commute to Tysons. Maybe my favorite neighborhood in DC. It is kind of like Brooklyn in that all the snobs are west of 14th and Eastern Market is more of a hidden gem.

Eastern market is not a hidden gem by any means. It's a pretty well known and expensive area of Capital Hill. It's not a bad suggestion, but the two car thing may be more difficult there. Not a bad suggestion though.
