My husband has recently been offered a job opportunity in D.C. and it will require him to drive in daily so are looking for nice family friendly areas as we have a 1 year old son.
We are relocating from the UK so don't want to be too far out. I have been looking at Vienna, what are thoughts?
We will be renting for the first year - probably a nice apartment - while we find our feet and become familiar with things. I don't want to sound sassy but price doesn't matter as much as the area being friendly and safe for my son.
Any information would be great, thank you in advance x

If price is not an option, why not live in DC? There are many family friendly areas in NW.
Look into Bethesda, West of the Park DC, North Arlington, etc.
It is really weird, it seems like lots of people from Europe are coming over. I wonder what is pushing this flight...
