SmarTrip card balance refund? (sales, public transportation, discount)

I have three SmarTrip cards, the total remaining balance is more than $300 (3 cards combined). One card was for myself (commute), two spare cards are for guests (sometimes relatives visiting).

Now I have not used those cards for years (since Covid pandemic), I work remotely now and don't need to take public transportation anymore.

Is there a way to cancel the cards and get some refund? Or is there a way to sell it at a little discount (10% or 15%) ?

I think if you go to one of their sales or commuter offices they can help you.
