Very sad story. I remember when I was on the 92 bus 3 years ago going toward Anacostia and there was some dispute and a man had hit a woman and her young son (not even a year old yet). Long story short I almost killed him, even kicked him off the bus and followed him until he started running. smh. I've never been the type to mind my own business when it comes to something like this.
No ahales, DC also believes in giving thugs slaps on the wrist. Especially if they're "minors." Since, y'know, until you turn 18 you simply don't know how the world works.
