My wife and I want to move back to Washington. We were in Spokane several years ago. Now we want to move to West Side nearer to Ocean. Problem is, we can't sell our house. Anyone tired of living in Washington and wanting to move to Nevada. We live in Pahrump, just 45 mins away from Las Vegas. Have a 3100 sq. ft. home on 1 acre. Anyone will to trade? You can have sunshine 24/7, 365. By the way, it's over 100 degree right now!

You definately will need some help...(Pahrump). Try back in Jan, February and remind us we haven't seen the sun since September.

I cruise through Pahrump in March / April on my way to Death Valley wild flowers. But I have not considered moving there.

Good luck.

Default To Inkpoe

If you're interested in that sort of thing.....you can see the red lights blinking right from my porch. If you have an ATV, you could race down there and spend your money and time with some lovely ladies. Just something to think about.

In this market, you may have to give in and lease or rent it out, turning over maintenance and repair to a property management company.

At least it would allow you to move...

This real estate market has had a devastating effect on the mobility (relocation ) of citizens nationwide.
