I'm also going to be moving out in that direction next summer, but not for school...can anyone recommend a decent neighborhood? I have a 10 year old son and someplace with kids and a place he could ride his bike would be good. We saw the grasslands area when we were there, seems like a nice area but maybe a more mature neighborhood with fewer kids and more secluded houses...?
