The Aroma City has always been short-towered. For some unknown reason. Been there a lot growing up since my Grandpa and Grandma lived in Gig Harbor.

Once the saw mills and trainyards adjacent the downtown get move/cleaned up then Tacoma will see a huge boom. Stadium way and hilltop are becoming very nice. I hope the city restores its old buildings, street lights, and maintains a charm that Seattle has lost through the years. I hop tacoma keeps up 500 feet, focuses on creating a destination waterfront and downtown with lots of shops, bars, and more entertainment, and work midrise condos with a few high rises. Tacoma will see a building boom within the next few years.
