make sure you bring your own friends, the people of Washington are robots with no interest in getting to know you, I lived in Spokane for almost 10 years. Neighbors don't know each other, no sense of community. you have to make a effort to talk to them. Most importantly they don't realize how anti social they are.
Try this-ask someone over for dinner, watch the deer in the headlights look as they politely decline. Its not their fault. That's just how they are raised.

no need I don't have many friends.. we have 1 couple who we exclusively hang out with.. and that is maybe once every 3 weeks we hang out.. who needs friends.. lol..

human beings need interaction like other living species. well at least you have enough people for a game of 4 square.

we are going to move back to WA State from SW Florida cannot wait 3 years to go... just hope it's still as nice as it was in 2008-2013
