I'm looking to return to finish my degree in Marketing and Graphic Design. Which public schools in the Seattle area are the best for this? It is also important to me to live in an area that really encourages young artists and has a lot of creative outlets. Thanks!

I think the best schools for what you're looking for will either be the University of Washington or Seattle University.
U of W does have a pretty highly-rated program specifically at their Bothell campus (Bothell is a suburb that is about 15 miles northeast of the main campus).
Seattle University has a digital design program (
CLICK ).
You also may want to check out the The Art Institute of Seattle as it sounds as if it might offer much of what you're looking for with more of an emphasis on art than business. They offer associate and bachelors degrees but I'm not sure of their exact accreditation.
I've been away from all this for awhile so I'm sure others can give you much more up to date information.
