As a relatively new voter here, there were three issues I was unsure of so I wanted to ask for the compelling for vs against on them from folks here and or informative links:

Supreme Court judges races are interesting....McCleary decision, in my view, was a clear overstep of Judicial review and results in the Supreme Court overruling the Legislature on funding priorities. Something I find very troubling.
So I will be voting against Wiggins. More info here on the issue.
