My husband and I will be up in Walla Walla over the upcoming holiday week for the purpose of visiting a number of wineries. Is there anything else to do in the area aside from the wineries? I have Googled the subject and nothing comes up except for the wineries so should we just give up and not look for anything else? Thanks

I've always wanted to check out the area around Walla Walla college but never had the opportunity to. Could be something to check out?

Yes, definitely visit Whitman's campus.

A few other attractions that I've always felt interesting if you're into history:

The Kirkman House. A look into Victorian Walla Walla and the city's history.

The Whitman Mission is interesting. Again, very historic reflection from the Oregon Trail days:

The Fort Walla Walla Museum is a neat place too ...a pioneer village and artifacts:

Thanks.
