Brrr, that sounds like another cold winter in Poland if there's a high of -7C so early by the coast. I don't have my own weather station here but we had heavy rain most of yesterday evening and then a frost-free night, so all the snow has been washed away and with sunny skies now the green grass in the garden seems very lush. Temperatures near midday are about 2C. Meanwhile, up in Yorkshire some people are spending their ninth day stuck in a pub by the snowdrifts! Snow leads to 'ultimate pub lock-in' - Telegraph
San Antonio, Texas is one of the better places to spend a winter: While their getting snow/cold/rain in Europe, the northern USA/Canada, and northern Asia…your area is basking is sunshine and 60 – 62 F (16/17 C) temps on average. Once you get away from the influence of the Atlantic – Europe is friged in winter, so your not missing anything in Poland right now (lol). I just talked to family in Miami…they are expecting a high of 78 F. It’s good to know there is warmth somewhere.
