The warm and wet continues with another 29 mm last night ,but clear this morning.
That's a LOT of rain you've had so far - any flooding problems? Our spring rainfall so far is only 16.9mm. Odd how you're going into winter and we're going into summer after an abnormally warm spring, yet we've only had two 7am temperatures similar to what you have. Currently 15.6C at 8.35pm after a high of 17.2C, just had to put the lights on.

Warm conditions in May aren't unusual, but this spell has lasted for 3 weeks now. Ex tropical lows make their presence felt well into winter, this one has been blocked by a high to the east for a while though. The mins in that time have been between 8-17C and maxs between 15-23C.

It takes a lot of continuous heavy rain here for flooding, whereas it has been mostly stop/ start. 16.9 mm is pretty dry, is the grass looking brown yet?. Last spring was dry here and it got very brown until just before Christmas when we started getting good rainfall. So summer ended up looking the greenest I'd seen in a few years.

Hope you get some. Would hate to be dealing with the threat of wildfires.
